PANTHEON-ROMA project starts from a very long experience at the highest levels in the world of Italian and international Art Perfumery. Paolo Fadelli, who manages the brand with his son Leone, wanted to convey in this project all the experiences in 30 years working on marketing and management of very important brands, in italian and international markets. Among these Clive Christian, Bond N.9, Byredo, Nasomatto, Carthusia, Miller Harris, Aesop, and many others. A lifetime of meetings with international perfumers, brand owners, commercial staff and international management is therefore contained in this collection.
Above all, however, there is basically a great love: the one for an industry that Paolo helped to found and grow, a feeling that he passed to Leone, who shared and grow this passion with his father. After graduating in Economics and Marketing, Leone completed his studies with a degree thesis on A"rt Perfumery", already getting great appreciation within a large audience of enthusiasts.

“Telling a Renaissance love story with perfumes - they say - is one of the most exciting things an Art Perfumery professional can do.
In fact, it is a question of celebrating an historical period in which all the world focused on Beauty and Love, which is so profound that perhaps can only be told through that mechanism, still largely mysterious, which links the sense of smell to memories and emotions.
A very close relationship with perfumers, first of all the brotherly friend Arturetto Landi, a deep research for selected and precious raw materials, together with a meticulous attention to details of packaging and theproduction process, are today the distinctive features of JOY S.p.A, the family company group that owns the brand.

The PANTHEON-ROMA project stems from a very long experience gained at the highest levels in the world of Italian and international art perfumery. Paolo Fadelli, who manages the brand with his son Leone, wanted to put in this project the experience gained in 30 years of work in the selection and launch of very important brands, in the Italian and international market.

Among these Clive Christian, Bond N.9, Byredo, Nasomatto, Carthusia, Miller Harris, Aesop, and many others. A lifetime of meetings with international perfumers, brand owners, commercial staff and international management is therefore contained in this collection.

and Paolo helped to found and to grow, a feeling that he transmitted to Leone, who shared and cultivated this passion with his father. Graduated in Economics and Marketing, 

Leone wanted to conclude his course of study with a degree thesis on Art Perfumery, already enjoying great appreciation with it in a large audience of enthusiasts.
